Career Progression New Developers with limited commercial experience start work at Cerres with a self-managed, self-paced learning course with the support of an assigned mentor.
The course covers the fundamentals of Oracle, PL/SQL and then moves on to a learning project which introduces the specific development environments and libraries on which our systems are based. The course typically takes a couple of months.
